Flowering · Fiddle Leaf Fig
Does a Fiddle Leaf Fig Flower?
No. fiddle leaf figs do flower in their native wild habitat in Africa, but indoor specimens almost never reach the maturity or conditions required.
What the bloom looks like
In the wild, mature fiddle leaf figs produce small green inconspicuous figs (technically a type of fig flower called a syconium). These are not edible and not visually impressive.
How likely is it indoors?
Essentially zero. Indoor blooming is not a realistic possibility.
